Stephanie was such a huge resource in helping us find the right home in an area no more than 1/2 an hour from my family. In previous searches of approximately 35 houses, nothing seemed to be a good fit for us. It was getting so frustrating, and we were under a time crunch to get into a house. After contacting Stephanie, she found us the right house, at the right price, after only 3 tries. Perhaps it's her psychology background, or perhaps it's her ability to really listen to what we were asking for, in any event, we were able to quickly move into a wonderful house which we are in the process of making our new home.

Stephanie is a consumate professional who is knowledgable about the extremely competitive realestate market in Lancaster. Her warmth, flexibility and professionalism made it possible to purchase our home in the right neighborhood at the right price. This was no small feat considering that I was relocating from out of state, had limited time for showings and had financing glitches that needed to be worked out. Through all of this, Stephanie remained calm, open and flexible, responding to my requests for showings often at the last minute with grace, humor and professionalism. She was helpful and supportive through the process start to finish! I highly recommend her services.

The thing I like most about Andy is that even when you are not in the market, he is willing to spend time talking about your plans for the future. There was a 10 year period where we were in the same home. During this period we thought about moves more than once and each time Andy was available to discuss our plans with us. He followed up each time and when we decided we weren't ready yet, he took it in stride and asked us to let him know when we were ready. Most recently, Andy sold our home for us after we relocated to the west coast. Thanks for all the help, Andy!
