I bought a home out of state and was not able to be at the closing of my new home. Andy handled all of the closing for me and it went so smoothly. He communicated with me promptly and made my life much easier. I will use Andy again if I happen to need to move. He has continued to be a resource for me in my new community which has been so helpful. I truly appreciate his willingness to help me even after my home purchase! I would recommend Andy to everyone who wants a reliable and responsible realtor!

Andy was my realtor when I bought my first home, and I worked with him again several years later to sell that house and buy a new one. Both experiences were great. He's great with details, communicative, and clearly knows Lancaster City and the county very well. The house he helped me sell (in the City) was only on the market for a week and a half before it sold - in a challenging selling environment. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone.

His expertise really was helpful when we listed our home. He had a lot of great recommendations on how to get the house ready and after following his suggestions our house sold in just 3 weeks. When it came to searching for a new home, Andy really took the time to listen to what we liked and what we had concerns about as we visited different homes. He was always available to answer questions and we truly trusted his feedback. After listening to all of our comments/concerns Andy found us the perfect home!
