Andy was fantastic! He knew the market and provided sound advice during the selling process. He professionally displayed the house with numerous (over 30) photos, which really highlighted its attractiveness.

Selling is never an easy process and especially so in the current environment, but Andy made it easy for us.

But, best of all he was always there, extremely responsive both by phone and e-mail.

We would highly recommend him.

Andy is an extremely experienced professional - across all levels. I've worked with Andy on a few home purchases and each time he never disappoints. He has great people skills, knows Lancaster County well, makes great suggestions and gives honest feedback. Additionally, he is not one of those realtors who leaves you in the dust after the sale of the house. Highly recommend!!!
