Steph Frysinger was our dream realtor. Not only did she facilitate multiple offers within 3 days of listing, she also guided us and advocated for us along our journey of building a new home. Steph was always professional and she was 100% committed to the process. And on top of it all, she advocated for us on several occasions as we built our home, acting as a liaison between the sales office and the builder. Aside from her professionalism, she is so warm and kind - and she listens. I truly feel as though she really understood what we wanted and needed, and she was side by side with us every step of the way, no matter what time of day or day of the week. I highly recommend Steph Frysinger - she is a one in a million realtor who not only knows her stuff, but she is a warm and understanding person. The complete package.

Buying a house is no easy task but I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Steph is a most pleasing person, AND she does really listen and in our case, did more than we asked, to sell our house. Slow start, but ultimately we sold for more than we expected - thanks to Steph's knowledge of the market. She makes it easy because she does all the paperwork (legal stuff).

Steph is without a doubt one of the kindest and hardest working people I've come to know. We spent two years on our house search with her and her helpfulness and compassion never wavered. Her expertise on the state of the market and helping us to put our best offer forward was really what got us into a home.As first time home buyers we weren't really sure at all what we were doing and Steph was able to walk us through all of it. I would recommend her a million times over and should we need to move again I'll be calling her right up.
