Andy is very down to Earth and very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of buying and selling houses. He worked with our schedules and was willing to show us houses any time of the day. We had 2 great experiences with him. He sold us our first house and we sold that house through him when it was time for us to move on. We would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Andy is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and conscientious. He worked with us for over a year as we identified different options and then finally closed on our current home. Our previous home sold in only 7 days, in large part due to his solid advice about making it showable and sale ready. Even a month after we moved, he assisted us when we had difficulty with our local school assignments, a topic that he had carefully researched from the beginning of our search since it was so important to us. We highly recommend him and his team.

I bought a home out of state and was not able to be at the closing of my new home. Andy handled all of the closing for me and it went so smoothly. He communicated with me promptly and made my life much easier. I will use Andy again if I happen to need to move. He has continued to be a resource for me in my new community which has been so helpful. I truly appreciate his willingness to help me even after my home purchase! I would recommend Andy to everyone who wants a reliable and responsible realtor!
