Coming into this home-buying experience with specific needs and a short window of time to find what we needed before having to vacate our current rental was stressful - Steph brought a calm, clarity and breadth of experience that made our experience simple and pain free - and most importantly, successful in finding a house that we loved and met our needs, all the while getting the job done with enough time after closing to paint and update before the actual move. Steph Frysinger was our dream realtor. Not only did she facilitate multiple offers within 3 days of listing, she also guided us and advocated for us along our journey of building a new home. Steph was always professional and she was 100% committed to the process. And on top of it all, she advocated for us on several occasions as we built our home, acting as a liaison between the sales office and the builder. Aside from her professionalism, she is so warm and kind - and she listens. I truly feel as though she really understood what we wanted and needed, and she was side by side with us every step of the way, no matter what time of day or day of the week.
