This was a tough time to sell the condo, in the middle of the pandemic.......Andy and NIcola were very good to work with....my only recommendation is a suggestion to have a weekly conference call between seller, Andy and Nicola, to ensure everyone is on the same pageAndy is very knowledgeable and his network is extensive!
