Before getting into real estate in 2005, Melissa Brosey worked as a senior benefit analyst. In that role, she functioned as a fiduciary, allowing her to hone her relationships with clients and solidify her ability to put their interests above her own. Additionally, she developed her skills in contract management and negotiation, further equipping her for a role in real estate.
Melissa loves using what she knows to help her clients make their way through the real estate process to reach their goals of buying or selling. Throughout her years in the industry, she has helped countless sellers understand the value of their property and connected them with the best contractors to get the job done. When it comes to buyers, Melissa helps them figure out where they want to be and then finds the house that best suits their wish list, ensuring they feel confident with their decision before proceeding in any direction.
When she’s not at work for her clients, Melissa can be found spending time with her husband and two kids. She also enjoys reading, knitting, and hiking.
