Her warmth, flexibility and professionalism made it possible to purchase our home in the right neighborhood at the right price. Stephanie was such a huge resource in helping us find the right home in an area no more than 1/2 an hour from my family. In previous searches of approximately 35 houses, nothing seemed to be a good fit for us. It was getting so frustrating, and we were under a time crunch to get into a house. After contacting Stephanie, she found us the right house, at the right price, after only 3 tries. Perhaps it's her psychology background, or perhaps it's her ability to really listen to what we were asking for, in any event, we were able to quickly move into a wonderful house which we are in the process of making our new home.
