I don't know where to begin. I didn't know Stephanie when looking for my first home purchase in over 10 years (I had been renting). So, we connected by phone before I relocated from the west coast. Before I even arrived she took me on multiple "zoom" tours and gave me honest feedback on the houses and the pros and cons of their locations (based on my search criteria). Finally, when I arrived in Lancaster, we started to hunt for homes together. This was when homes were still moving fast (July) but a few were on the market for longer. Stephanie knows the market. She knows which homes are priced well, and also how to dive deep into details that novice home hunters may miss. More importantly, Stephanie took the time to know exactly what I needed in a place for me to call home. When I found a few I liked when looking online, she was lightning-fast getting us an appointment to see them. After seeing a number of attractive homes over several days, nothing really stood out (I was considering making a few offers here and there). Then, she reached out to me after she found a house she knew I would be happy calling home. She was right. I saw it twice and together we strategized on how to make the best offer. And they accepted. I am typing this from the very home she found for me, and I will be forever grateful. If you want a local expert who will do what it takes to find your home, call Stephanie! Stephanie was a huge help in the process of selling our old home and buying our current home. She is down to earth and transparent. She was able to follow our lead while also giving us good advice. She had great knowledge of the market and made a complicated process feel relatively easy. She went above and beyond in drafting offers quickly so that we could remain competitive in this tough market.
