Andy did an excellent job for me He was very helpful in explaining the ins and outs of selling my house.He was more than willing to talk to my children who live out of town regarding things he thought would help sell the house . He helped me find people who could do repairs and I was very pleased with the work they did. He was always available to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

Andy is an accomplished real estate professional. My experience with him was exactly what I wanted it to be. He was there to help me accomplish exactly what I wanted to accomplish during my search for a home. He was always on time, well organized, prepared, and persistent in finding me a home. We met in person to discuss my exact goals and within only a few days he was able to find me the home I was looking for. Throughout those few days he never swayed our focus anywhere other than where it needed to be to meet my goal. Andy's abundance of knowledge on lancaster city was very obvious throughout my experience with him. Andy will be the first person I contact when i search for my next home and I would strongly recommend that anyone else do the same.

This was my first experience working with Andy Esbenshade. I found Andy to be very professional and knowledgeable, throughout the entire process. He was very easy to work with, and I felt comfortable expressing any concerns, etc. I was able to conduct all aspects of the transaction "under one roof", so to speak. That streamlined and shortened the settlement process. Andy was recommended to me, and I would certainly encourage anyone to work with Andy!

Andy was my realtor when I bought my first home, and I worked with him again several years later to sell that house and buy a new one. Both experiences were great. He's great with details, communicative, and clearly knows Lancaster City and the county very well. The house he helped me sell (in the City) was only on the market for a week and a half before it sold - in a challenging selling environment. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone.
