My wife and I just finished working with Stephanie Frysinger on the purchase of our home. I will be recommending Stephanie to everyone that I know looking to purchase a home in the York/Lancaster area. We have two children and we were moving to a relatively new area. Needless to say this was extremely stressful for our family. We ended up searching for a home for approximately four months. Stephanie went out of her way to keep us on track and guide us through the process from our initial offer to final settlement. She was patient and did everything that she could to reduce our tension. Today Stephanie continues to assist us with general questions on the area. She was a true professional and I feel that you would be fortunate to have the opportunity to work with her.

Working with Steph to buy our first home was perfect. She worked within our busy schedules, sometimes meeting us late in the evenings and was always available during the weekends. It took us weeks to figure out what we truly wanted and Steph was patient with us throughout the whole process. This was no small feat considering that I was relocating from out of state, had limited time for showings and had financing glitches that needed to be worked out.
