This was the first time I ever sold a house! Both Andy and Nicola were very responsive to my questions. Andy helped me understand the current housing market, where the sale of my home fit in, what basics I needed to do to get it ready, and what to expect from the process. This kind of knowledge helped make me more confident in the whole process. Andy could be reached by email, text and through his assistant - this meant that I got the information when I needed it.
