Can't say enough good things about Steph. We were out-of-state buyers with somewhat limited insight into the area. Steph took the time to understand what we were seeking in a property and assisted us in finding the ideal location. She is extremely professional, thorough and communications were great. Her assistance did not end at the sale and she provided excellent support post sale when some questions arose after the closing. We are extremely happy in our new home and to have been lucky to have worked with Steph!

Mick was outstanding. He thoroughly knows the market we were looking in, steered us away from some listings and did some vetting for us. We worked with two other realtors before him and they were no where near as good as Mick. We left the first one because there was a lot of unnecessary talk and inflated confidence. The second one clearly just wanted to make the fastest purchase for us as possible without having our best interest in mind. We can't say enough positive things about Mick Kalata!

Mick was excellent. He was prepared and knowledgeable during all aspects of the process from home prep, marketing, and reviewing offers. Our home was listed on a Friday, open house on Sunday, offer accepted on Monday. Mick was also very sensitive to some special circumstances. You will not be disappointed if you choose him to sell your home. I highly recommend him and Berkshire Hathaway.

Steph was wonderful to work with throughout the home-search process. We were making a cross-country move and she was great about keeping us up-to-date on local properties and what was happening in the market. She was very good humored about showing us properties when we were available and in the area and flexible with her schedule and understanding of our shifting timeliens, which was a huge help since we were coming from out of state. Overall, just a lovely person and it was a real delight to get to know her a little bit as we found our home, which we really love.
