Melissa is a professional on several counts. She responded to my texts promptly and with clear answers to my questions. She prepared me for the home selling process which was important since I last bought a home in 2000. She was prompt for meetings at my home as well as the settlement meeting. She determined a good selling price for my home which demonstrates her knowledge of the neighborhood. She communicated well with the buyers' agent and communicated promptly back to me. My experience was flawless and Melissa was a BIG part of that.
