Steph Frysinger is absolutely incredible! As first-time buyers, Steph went above and beyond with us in our home search, intentionally getting to know us with each visit and teaching us so much along the way. We learned more about ourselves thanks to Steph! When we visited the house we ultimately bought, Steph encouraged us with genuine excitement while never pushing us beyond our comfort zone. Her advice during the offer process was spot-on, helping us stay competitive without overextending ourselves. Perhaps most important is that Steph was always a phone call/text or email away, and always made sure we knew when she'd be away and gave us a contact if we had any questions. I felt like we were in the best professional hands the whole time we worked together. Beyond her expertise, Steph has become a true friend to our family, including our dog! She clearly cares about the Lancaster community and is just a gem of a human. We're lucky to have her in our lives. You should wholeheartedly trust and work with Steph during your next home search/buying experience!

Steph Frysinger was our dream realtor. Not only did she facilitate multiple offers within 3 days of listing, she also guided us and advocated for us along our journey of building a new home.
