Steph Frysinger was our dream realtor. Not only did she facilitate multiple offers within 3 days of listing, she also guided us and advocated for us along our journey of building a new home. Steph was always professional and she was 100% committed to the process. And on top of it all, she advocated for us on several occasions as we built our home, acting as a liaison between the sales office and the builder. Aside from her professionalism, she is so warm and kind - and she listens. I truly feel as though she really understood what we wanted and needed, and she was side by side with us every step of the way, no matter what time of day or day of the week. I highly recommend Steph Frysinger - she is a one in a million realtor who not only knows her stuff, but she is a warm and understanding person. The complete package.
