I bought a home out of state and was not able to be at the closing of my new home. Andy handled all of the closing for me and it went so smoothly. He communicated with me promptly and made my life much easier. I will use Andy again if I happen to need to move. He has continued to be a resource for me in my new community which has been so helpful. I truly appreciate his willingness to help me even after my home purchase! We had a great experience working with Andy. We worked with Andy based on a recommendation from a family member and we are so thankful for everything he did for us! His expertise really was helpful when we listed our home. He had a lot of great recommendations on how to get the house ready and after following his suggestions our house sold in just 3 weeks. When it came to searching for a new home, Andy really took the time to listen to what we liked and what we had concerns about as we visited different homes.
